Triënnale van Beetsterzwaag

Kunsthuis SYB is happy to announce the 4th edition of the Triënnale fan Beetstersweach, opening on Saturday 28th of September 2024. The five-week exhibition brings together works by the residents of the last years and plants the seeds for the upcoming program of 2025-28.

Working from the artistic ecology of Beetsterzwaag, within the bilingual province of Friesland, the exhibition embraces domesticity as a methodology. It is a modest attempt to enrich the interregional artistic dialogue in the Netherlands by asking how personal spaces can be understood as epicenters of political dynamics.
