From 22 June, Ash Kilmartin will be a resident at SYB, where she will be working on her project Klokkenstoel (Manuscript Illuminations). In the first weekend of her residency, during the Art Weekend of Beetsterzwaag, she will share an installation that was previously shown in Attent, Rotterdam.

In May and June, Kunsthuis SYB welcomes Dutch/Irish artist Seán Hannan. He will delve into the controversial 17th diplomat, historian, and publicist Lieuwe van Aitzema, who has been branded a spy and a traitor by many historians.
